This is a 20 minute chat to discuss your own breathing, what you are looking for and what you're looking to gain from breathwork techniques.
A 1:1 session allows you to really explore your own breath practice. Whether it be to help you breath more efficiently day to day, to experience a deeper practice or to use breathing to help you manage your emotions and mind.
These 1:1 sessions are run as 4 and 6 week courses where we use different breathwork techniques allowing you to discover your own daily breathing practice to help with grounding and efficient breathing, and deeper practices to help with emotional release. These sessions will include multiple techniques but will ultimately be tailored to your needs.
4 weeks of Conscious connected breathing for emotional release or Functional breathwork for long covid, anxiety, breathlessness, focus.
6 weeks mixed, learning different breathwork techniques (Coming Soon!)
